I paid for the entire month but my account was deactivated 10 days before the autorenewal for some reason. I have not been able to get a hold of customer service to receive a credit on those 10 days I paid for. So in order to reactivate the account I paid again for another month's plan but now I see it took out DOUBLE charges for the month. Help! Can someone return my emails so we can fix this?
